    ooh im not sure.. sorry!

You could always order the items through the customer website? They will arrive in 5-7 days...

And then of course due to the 90 day policy if in 2-3 weeks time you found the items youd ordered from the customer site werent what you wanted  then you could always return them....

(Oh and if it was over £20 worth of goods the code is ATD for free delivery! :p )

    Hi all,

Can someone please advise if I'm doing things right? I have 40 brochures from C5 plus 2 from C4, my partner gave 7 of the C5 ones to local friends and businesses today plus I've taken 2 into work. I'm going to collect them on Monday.

I have 30 brochures left to divide between 70 houses, 20 of them I'm delivering tomorrow to collect on Tuesday, should I wait until I get them back before doing the rest of my patch? or should I give out all the books I have? I'm confused and want to get this right

    Hi everyone

I'm just trying to plan what to do when I first get my books. When you all started, did you knock on the doors of the houses in your territory and ask them if they wanted a book? Or did you just put the books through the door and ask them to leave them out.

I think I would rather know the people that wouldn't want the book as it obviously saves time down the line and I could do more whilst buying fewer books too. I just didn't know if it was best to knock on the door or just put the books through the door and maybe put a slip in there saying if they didn't want the book in the future to tick a box or something.

I will get round to reading through this thread soon but it is mammoth so apologies if this has already been mentioned :o .

  • Hi all

As you know I will be moving soon. As I'm only moving about 1 - 2 miles away how can I check if I stay with my area manager as my postcode will be changing?

I know someone on here can check but I cant remember who? :o

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi, loads of questions tonight!

I'm wondering what mail plan I'm on? I'm on C5 and my order has to be placed online by March 9th

    Thanks

I'm afraid that puts you on the dreaded mailplan O with me and Melvis :rotfl:

It's okay, apart from don't bother giving customers the sale leaflets and don't expect anything from the clearance section of Hello Tomorrow to actually turn up :rotfl:

Well... I'm being flippant. There's ways around these things. You can put an additional order in and spend the extra £2.50 if there's anything you really want in clearance.

If you really want to use the sale books you can put them in a campaign early too, and then place an additional order the first day of the campaing (the first day of the previous campaign) but you need to have a really big customer base to ensure you hit your order levels to get commission on both your regular and additional orders, and to ensure you don't damage your regular sales, so it's best to get into the swing of things and build up your customer base before you even think about it.

It's easier for me, I have an 800-house territory, a fairly large friends and family base and I've been around a while. But don't worry, once you've got the hang of it I'll teach you all the little tricks ;):rotfl:
