hello everyone- i'm sarah i'm 38 with a daughter aged 20 and a son aged 16 i have been with my partner for 21 years and i live in northolt i gave up work in june as my partner was diagnosed with epilepsy (uncontrolled at the momement so needs someone with him for most of the time) i signed up with avon at camp 18 and am loving it.

Morning all hope someone can help me........

I placed my c3 order on thursday but i had done alot of back ordering from c2 as i use my books as much as i can, anyway i had a look at my invoice online and it is not showing the competition slips. Its the ones where you get one for every £5 spent. Will I get them with my order?

My friend had the same problem this week as she also backordered to C2 and they never sent the competition slips (but hers were on the invoice online but not on the paper copy). Maybe they've ran out? I've only got 2 houses ordering from C2 and I have enough competition slips left over from C2 (from what I ordered as I can't use them) to give to these customers. Perhaps call Avon to ask about them?

Hi all :hello:I'm Mel, I'm 27 and I live in Billingham (North East for those not in the know ) with my OH, 3 cats (Suki, Barley and Jager) and 2 dogs (Rude Boy and Izzy who is 10 weeks old and we've only had her a week!).

My OH has been unemployed for 11 months and we're not entitled to benefits and my wages barely cover the rent and bills so I started Avon last September (C15) to make some extra money

Thanks melvis i sent an email to them so will wait to see what they say. Fingers crossed thats not the case. i do have some left over but am short 20

It's me again with another question (bet you're all rolling your eyes!!!) - I've had my first order from a C4 book. In that book each customer can order a free sample of face cream, the order I have been given is for 4 items (none of them in any offers), so when I place my order on the internet (no log-in details yet!!!) can I split the 4 items up and so then order 4 free samples??? If so that would be great as it would give me some samples to give people in future

Yes you'll be order one for each item ordered (or if an offer then each offer ordered, e.g any 2 for £4) from C4 and Avon won't know the difference. Just pretend 4 different people ordered one item each

Re the competition cards.... i had the same problem.... i backordered (new customers) and although they were on my invoice i never got them.... so i emailed them and they apologised and said they would send them out in 5-7 working days.

Grr, still don't know my streets, she hasn't replied to my emails (which I understand as obviously not everyone will check them all the time and it is a weekend), rung her this morning, no answer, so left a voicemail asking if she could let me know my streets as you said you'd tell me yesterday, could you email, text me, or ring me back on this number - how much longer would you leave it before trying to ring head office or someone higher up? All the info I have is just her contact details and as I can't log in to the site yet can't find anything of use on the customer website!
