very sad to say, that due to all the hassle I have had with Avon, my OH wants me to quit, and it looks like I willl.

Im not happy.

I ordered two Bond Girls in my first campaign but forget to order the free gifts that went with them. I phoned Avon who said they would send in my next order. next order arrived without the gifts so phoned again and got told they would send them out within 5-7 working days.

Postie knocked this morning with packet from Avon but they have only sent 1 gift and not 2 so now I have to phone them again. How annoying. :mad: :mad:

Now I've got to phone them again. My poor customer.

Its just irritating that I've now got to phone them again. Do you think I could charge them for phone calls :rolleyes:

Im not doing to well this campaign but got books to pick up tomo and going to a jewellery party tonight so hopefully pick some orders up there. Fingers crossed

i got the bond girl stuff this morning but the free gift has been changed due to them running out of stock - its now a diff bag and a black compact mirror - wonder if customer will be happy or not.

think i might miss out a campaign somewhere but not figured out which one yet as im away over the xmas break - need to find out if i am gonna get any territory allocated as its my only way of geting decent orders.

They mentioned something about cs in the info sent out with order praising it or something...they have been ok wihen ive called but no idea who i actually spoke to as i do it thru an operator. I jsut wish they would be more organised with providing support through sales leaders or ASM to the reps as its so hit and miss at times.

Can someone advise me please?

I've put a credit onto my latest order and now a customer has ordered the same product. Do I just not return it and wait for the recharge or do I have to do something on my order to say it won't be returned?

Not sure as this hasn't cropped up for me before

Also, how long after registering with HMRC should I hear something from them?

id just hold it back as they dont actually come looking for the products, just recharge them so no need to inform them.

Not sure about HRMC

Right I've spoken to Customer services AGAIN and they are going to send the other Bond Girl gift out. But got to wait 5 - 7 days again. :rolleyes:
