There should be some territory after xmas as a few reps leave and the area would still need to be covered, but get in quick as we have got a big recruitment drive coming up.0

Thanks for that Blackwidowz. I have all ready let my manager know so hopefully she will remeber. Might even get it allocated now and not start canvessing till after xmas.0

That's what ASM told me ... apparently there are currently no roads available anywhere near me and my town is HUGE and there's no one even canvassing my street as far as I can tellSmall business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -
I found people werent leaving notes saying they didnt want books like id asked.... i did get one left and wasnt sure which house out of 5 had left it (didnt notice it in the bag till i got home)..... so when i dropped to them 5 houses the next time i added a bit on the slip with the date i was collecting etc just apologising and explaining that i wasnt sure if they had left a note last time as there had been a mix up with my records but if they had i was sorry for leaving a book this time but if they wrote their addres "here" (and inserted a line) then i would ensure they would not get a brochure again...... i got 4 of the 5 people fill the address in to not get brochures!!! Guess some people just couldnt be bothered finding a piece of paper for themselves to leave me a note
So now i have this printed in red on the bottom of my slips (whilst rest of the slip is black... ) "If you do not wish to receive brochures anymore please just write your address here and i will remove your address from my delivery list: ___________________ Thanks" Its worked really well as people actually do fill it in and i know exactly what house said "no more" when i get home to update my records. Still had one lazy b***ard in a big posh house who couldnt even be bothered taking the slip out the bag thought and so just wrote on the line on the slip ON THE OUTSIDE of the bag......   I was really annoyed as it was one my good bags which cost 5p each and so now i cant reuse it0 -
oh and just a question - how are people going to deal with the C2 promotion where customers have to enter their voucher number online? I know alot of my customers dont have internet as they are elderly.... so how will they know if they have won?0

im not sure whether to ask for some more roads after xmas, my SL hasnt been in contact since the first two campaigns i did, maybe i need to though as dont have many customers at the moment, 14 give or take a few, my boyfriend to support me went crazy when i did my first few camps - he ordered nearlly every product for men in the book ha! he's my walking demo for men! have two other male customers, i get complaints though saying there isnt enough in the books for men, i know women buy more and the choice for men isnt too bad but still some arent happy still.
may try the newsletter idea with this next brochure see how it goes, has anyone made their own web page for thier customers to use?0 -
Thanks for the congrats
I need to get out there tomorrow delivering in my new territory - hope it doeesn't rain !!!
Hi Lisa, nice to meet youI did an introductory letter with my first campaign & am deffo gonna do same again on my new territory, I think it makes a more personal approach to new customers. Not sure about having a web page, don't know how it affects reps, but my SL was telling me that SLs can only have Avon approved websites - I've seen some, they are boring, only for recruiting new reps & SLs & customers can't order from them !!

Morning all,
I put my first order through yesterday (hurrah) and was well over my initial credit limit but the order status today has changed to 'prepared' so does that mean it's gone through without me having to prepay anything?:jAvon Rep since C18 2008 (Sales Leader since C7 2009) and Usborne Rep since March 2008:j0 -
Just to let everyone know that the Avon Customer site has a free standard delivery today only..... Was desperate for the Sunrise Alarm Clock and as C18 is now on there they are £10 !!! and FREE Delivery :-)0

Reading Lozza's message earlier made me go & check mine..... thank goodness I did - it's "held" !!!!
Phoned Avon, only to be told there's bad debt to Avon against this address. Told them I've lived here 7.5 yrs & never done Avon in my life before & the previous occupant was an old bloke in his late 70's who died & I am sure HE never did Avon either. His ex-wife might've done it, but she'd been left him about 20 years when he died.
He finished up telling me to phone my ASM, which I did & she's been lovely & set off chasing it now. If I have to pay some up front then luckily I'm in a position to do that, but I can't do it till they tell me how. The helpline idiot didn't offer me any option of that, just said it's held & cannot be sent out to me. grrrr !!!!0
