Not sure Dee but I'll be interested in the answer in case they do the same to me ;-)
If anyone is still on C17, I've discovered a couple of items which are cheaper to back order from 16. The Pink Frost PJ's are £2 cheaper, and the Naturals Body Lotions are £1.40 instead of £2.85.'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

well ive just collected (or well tryed!) the brochures i delivered on friday!
ive only managed to get 4 back!!and hardly anyone was home!? three of those collected said they did not wish to recieve one again!!!
when do most of you collect?i take it evening is best?
im starting to think that this avon is just not for me?it seems more hassle than it is worth?
Don't give up so soon shelley, I would recommend you give it at least 3 campaigns so you know you are making the right decision. The reason I say this is because from my main road that I was given on my first campaign I got 9 orders in my first campaign, I then got 4 additional customers from the same road in the next campaign, and 5 more additional customers in my next campaign. It takes time for people to trust that you will keep coming back, so give it a real good go for a few campaigns and I am sure it will prove fruitful, and if your territory turns out to be really bad, ask your asm for some new territory.

Hi mad,
When you want a credit for an item, if you do it online you can choose which one to credit. You simply choose the one you want to return, which I assume will be the more expensive one. There will be a list of all your items with zeros, change the quantity to return to 1 and then save and then submit.

Too right Kat - never the cheapest one which needs returning is it? Strange that...........:p
I had some luck today! I went out last week to drop books into some little units at a farm near me, but the hairdressers there was closed. I hesitated, but decided to pop a book through her letterbox. When I went to pick up the book today, it turns out that she has been doing Avon for 13 years but has just given up - lots of customers with no Avon Lady :j

Your account is credited the next day, so if you do it today tomorrow it will come off of your account balance, if you have already paid your account it will go into minus, which is what mine is at now!
It is confusing at first but you will get your head around it soon enough.

im all logged in now, i was given c18 and c1 brochures when i signed up, only about 10 of each.
is anyone delivering the c1 yet? or are you doing c1 c2 together?
can i order anything fron c1 to come with the c18 orders or will that have to wait until the dates stated?
eta: is there anywhere on the website i can store orders as they come in?0 -
Hi
You can only back order books, so you will need to submit campaign 18 and then wait and submit campaign 1 the next date.
You should have got 20 of each books at least from whoever signed you up
A lot of people keep two books going at once - the current campaign and the campaign before it - as you can backorder 17 in campaign 18
If your entering sales online you can just save order as you go along - put in what you have then go back a few days later and add to it, you send your completed order to AVON when you are completely finished by submitting it - until then, just save ad return to it when necessary - the website usually lets you know how long till your next order has to be submitted. Sounds like you are quite early on the mail plan as Im only submitting 17 tomorrow.:j Debt-Free-Wannabe! :jDeclutter/Ebay/Savings0 -
I'm starting to think it's not worth the hassle too. I didn'tget enough orders last campaign, but wasn't far off so ordered a couple of extra things to make it up. No joy getting extra roads from my SL. This campaign I have orders for approx £30. What is the point of me ordering if I have to pay £7.50 because I haven't made the minimum value? I've had a letter from HMRC to pay £2.30 NI, which I opted not to pay as I already pay it in my current job, so now have to sort that out.
Sorry to moan - just having a bit of a downer!Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0
