Avon Hints and Tips (Part 2)

well ive just collected (or well tryed!) the brochures i delivered on friday!
ive only managed to get 4 back!!and hardly anyone was home!? three of those collected said they did not wish to recieve one again!!!
when do most of you collect?i take it evening is best?
im starting to think that this avon is just not for me?it seems more hassle than it is worth?

I collect my books in the evening when most people are home. I wouldnt collect them during the day because people will be out at work or whatever they do, and not many people will leave them outside, I know I would forget if I was rushing to get ready for work.

I have another 60 or so books to collect tomorrow night after work. Fingers crossed it's not all been a waste of time!!

On top of that I have to wait for the usual peeps at work to let me have their orders and see what my grand total is.

OOPS!!!! Just been delivering C17's and noticed a customer had left out a C15 with order during my C16 campaign ... not sure how I've missed it previously have placed an additional order just now and luckily clever ordering will cover the p&p and I'll still make 50p :rotfl: and I've text her to let her know/apologise ... hope she's not too mad at me :eek:

Just back from doing a new part of a street, my last 3 streets resulted in 4 customers, this new one just got me another 4 and a promise of an order when I go back on Thursday! I've also still got a few houses to go back to and my original regulars, so after a dismal c16, think c17 is going to be good, and start as an SL in c18, so very excited!!!

So how is everyone doing in (c17)? I'm doing really well at the moment :-)

Glad to hear that someone is doin well collected my first lot of books tonight only got one order and i am still missing 7 books as people were not in!thinkin it is not worth it!how do the rest of you manage?

Campaign 17 has been my best by far this year - im doubling my usual orders. Im all set up for self employed status now and officially declared etc so feeling a lot better about avon. My ASM has not been in touch despite several emails to her and to Avon Customer Services - all tehy say is they will forward my emails to her!

Will add more information to the first post with some more hints and tips picked up along the way - I assume most people still read the first page when joining thread?

Is the party tips post up and running yet?

Ive just had my C17 delivery, and ive just checked it and i need you lovely peoples help. I ordered the seasonal shine essentails pack on page 169 of C17 so it should be £5 for all 5 products. Ive received all 5 products but i have been charged the individual prices. How do i go about getting it charged at the correct price? (I used the special code for it and not the individual codes)

Also i need to know who my AM/SL is nd the call centre are about as much use as a chocolate teapot when i ask them!! Can anyone else help me?
