:o I have a confession.....I didn't do the life assurance  ended up having a really long bath and vegging in front of the tv. I did start going through my cookbooks to find recipes to bulk cook thou.

I think they must have smf2 :) I'm going swimming tonight to try and work off those 8 cookies I ate :EasterBun

Ohhh, you've made my brain think now twinklie...think...think...

My £5k includes: -Gas, Electric, Phone, Sky, Life insurance, Home insurance, Holidays, Presents and any shopping at the supermarket.

So far its looking good for us staying in the £5k target but December is the test!

Hopefully I'll be able to do a few money neutral pressies, I've just ordered a £10 amozan voucher from Lightspeed :) and I need £1.75 to get a £10 from Valued Opinion (cancelling it afterwards as its taken me 2 years to get that!) and I need 805points on Pigsback to get a voucher (may cancel that one too) Oh and I need 14060points to get a voucher on Toluna.

    Phew.

And I haven't checked my boots card or quidco yet. :)

Well I've just cooked a Slimming-World chocolate cake in the microwave. The main ingredient is bran crispbread, so you may imagine that your choccy fingers were a lot tastier :rotfl:

Mind you, my cake is still brown and chocolate-y. It's just that it's not so delicious that I need to keep chomping away at it.

Then again, I've a temperature and a raging sore throat this afternoon, so perhaps I ought to have another slice, just to keep my spirits up before crawling back to bed.

    [/QUOTE]

hehe sorry to barge in :)
I'm no fan of L&G through quidco anymore since last year they had a deal on: invest £500 in a L&G ISA and get £110 cash back -wow! Never saw the cash back grrr, had all the reference numbers etc.
All my other transactions have been fine though with quidco.

    Goes back to lurking..

Yum yum chocolate cake QB :bdaycake:did the extra slice cure the cold? :) I hope you feel better today.

I've got a really scrummy choc cake recipe from Ww :o but its so nice that its just not heathly if you can half of it in one go (supposed to serve 12!)

Hi lurking ska :hello: Its fair enough if it doesn't track as it was still the best quote and I figured it might not as I normally have extra clauses added onto my insurance

Am think I might have to pay out another £40 to the bone-cracker  as I think my back's gone wonky again :(

Bought my first Xmas pressie today :D a preserving cook book for my mum paid for with vouchers. £12.99 money neutral pressie 1.
