    We decided the other night that we are twins remember, so not way fatter at all ;)

    That is my DH on FB, and he's just lost 2 stone, but struggling like I am at the moment to lose any more. I think he just means that it might be too much of a strain on the joints/heart etc and we should maybe start off with something gentler :p
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:
