    Evening all.
Ive managed to get through mondays list today. It feels like a monday to me lol.
I too suffer from rooms in wrong places. All my DD's toys are in my room as she cant keep them tidy I confiscated (sp) them all and told she can have one back a day, cant believe she has so many. My room junk is boxed up in the living room for selling and I think most of the clothes are in the kitchen, dry, just hanging for effect. Bathroom is the only place that looks as it should!

My DS told me about the CERN thing - and all he got from me was - well you STILL have to put your clean clothes away - this is a new task for him - he is not naturally tidy - and I had been putting them away for him because I couldn't stand the thought of the beautifully ironed stuff getting trashed!
Anyway - if it does end tomorrow I too have loved knowing you all, albeit for such a short time! Mind you I'll be fed up as it's my birthday soon! On positive note - doesn't matter - had my present at Easter - a week in Espana! So I'm up! Yes!cheerleader02.gifcheerleader02.gifcheerleader02.gif

Apologies for the lateness of the hour but I crashed on the sofa at 8pm and just woke up..

    Tomorrows list is now up..

AND.. the world will not end tomorrow.. I have paid good blooming money for this course I am going to finish it.. so.. now you are told.. it will all go off like a damp squib so I don't want to hear any more of that nonsense.. this is NOT the fantastic four.. this is real life!

But I do love you all just the same.. and my baby cat that decided to come lay with me while I was asleep even though she doesn't normally go int he front room.

  • Not happy. Just clicked on a link and lost the message I'd started, so now I've to try and remember what I was writing.

Serena - I hope today brought you peace. ((((hugs))))

    Mudbath - ((((hugs))))

Polkadot - fabulous cakes and ignore the numpty in the shop, she obviously neither wants nor deserves your business.

Hex - I love your fire.

I'm still snuffling, been out for zinc and echinacea, taken DS to doc and he got antibiotics and didn't get any of my admin done. My boss called in a panic and I've spent all day chasing missing paperwork that our funding partners said they haven't had. I've found tracking in batch headers for nearly all of it! Our MD had apparently told my line manager that if we didn't get it sorted, our FP's might claw back funding and it would jeopardise our pay! Like I've been working 70+ hours a week for them to cut my pay? I think not.

Anyway, if I have missed anyone, hugs and sleep well. x

PS DD is back safely from Turkey.

Well busy old day this turned out to be, talked to insurance they agreed the car should be written off.

Arranged it for tomorrow for the car picky up people to come, erm....salvage, that's 'em.

Then Salvage rang to say they were on their way, 'cept OH has my actual keys which I need to hand over.
    Cue frantic phone call.

Anyway long story short car taken away.

Both DD's come home on one.

Eldest has terrified herself and everyone in vicinity stating we're all going to die ffrom some black hole thingy.

Youngest DD crying, her little friend scared.

I said to eldest DD enough re the scaring everyone to death, off she flounces to her friends.

Did online shop for Dad, all went through 'cept the delivery address, arghhhhh, it's coming here....Hull......my Dad lives in Manchester !!!!!!.:o

Did same shop online and this time got it right.

Eldest DD rings saying there are blue lights in the sky and she's really frightened. I said 'ok, come home then' whilst her friends are giggling and laughing in the background. DD says 'ugh thanks',

Eldest DD having a meltdown saying I'm never there for her,, OH losing his patience tells her to not be so stupid.

I'm thinking 'erm didn't I come and collect you from your friends again last night in my nightie because you'd missed your bus' ~again.

I give up can I come and live with one of you lot please........please.:o
