Ley's just say my dressmaking tutor was VERY shocked when I turned up and said .. 'I am making nighties for the 3 little girlies' .. they are desperately short of pjs as after DD3 has worn them they are that disgusting after being pee'd every wearing they are fit for nothing but floor cloths!!
The new course.. I shocked everyone.. including myself by actually going and emrolling.. I probably wouldn't have done if I hadn't HAD to go into town to collect some money from the bank.. but I have the induction day tomorrow and start on Monday.. Fear not though.. I shall only be gone 4 mornings and 2 evenings.. and I am not telling you which ones!! lol

Great idea on the sewing front - I am really getting around to thinking I need to find a class - I can hardly ever find things that fit my shape!!!

Excellent thats just fantasticblissysmile.gifblissysmile.gifblissysmile.gif- well done you!! clap.gifclap.gifwtg.gif
I am very proud of you! 23_5_133.gifI am sure you will enjoy it once you get started and it will be a great lead-in to uni - will it cause you a lot of disruption regarding LOs.

embb and hex no, I did consider it because of the price but the photos put me off immediately, don't think it's worth the saving in the state it is in. Just stunned someone would allow those photos to be used when advertising a property. Have spotted a few others, like to have some in mind incase we get served notice here, not paranoid, honest :o

plodding on, not getting very far...
One day I might be more organised...........

Lil_me I'm shocked that they didn't bother to clean it up, I mean, you just would, wouldn't you - nowt as queer as folk.

Teenies in from College and OH's on his way home now so don't think I'll get much done. Got another job at 3pm so think that'll be it, gonna delegate the dailies to teenie although he doesn't know it yet.

    Afternoon
I'm just popping on to see what room I have to do. I'm working this afternoon and had a sad morning at the hospice as one of my favourite ladies died on Friday. I know it's going to happen but I don't think it'll ever be something I completely get used to. On a postive note I was able to give a new patient some nice treatments and she'll be there every week so i'll look forward to seeing her again.

Oops, sorry to be so uncheery!!

    Hugs to all

    xx

  • Afternoon all.
Tried catching up but as I'm at work I really should do some!
    Had a good day yesterday.

Got up late!(no, not good) but had to do pack ups as had forgotten to do Sun
Cleared kitchen surfaces. Took kids to school. Went to work! Picked DD2 up. Picked DD1 up. Cooked Tea. Cleared away, filled DW, cleaned work surfaces. Done pack ups. Sorted kids clothes out for today. Went to MrS. Went to NVQ pre interview. Got accepted, like they weren't going to!!!! GOT HOMEWORK! how rude! Went home to let DH go to pool. Put shopping away. Put kids to bed. DD2 only took 35 mins!! but better than previous. Rang friend who could drop her new baby anytime soon. They have very mixed up dates and could be anywhere from 37 to 41 weeks! DID HOMEWORK!! woo hoo me!! Start as you mean to go on. lol. Watched a bit of tennis then went to bed.
    Very pleased with that.
    Today I have:
    Got up late again!!!
Empited DW, washed up breakfast stuff(did DW after this)
Took DD1 to school (DD2 staying with DH for rest of week as he booked time off work as all my lovely babysitters are on hols)
    Now at work - BORING!!!
Signed up for Skills for Life Literacy - maybe too much doing the 2 but in for a penny in for a pound.
Got to go to MrT on way to school for new school trousers for DD1 as the ones we got fall off!!! whats that all about, she tried them on in the shop!
    When I get home:
    Do tea
    Clear up
    Clean worktops, cupboard doors, appliances
    Clean fishtank filters
Take DD1 to brownies - first week
PUT STUFF ON EBAY - I must do at least 5 tonight
Sort some recipes, have loads and loads and magazines and as recycling being emptied tomorrow I can ditch what I don't need.

Better stop typing as I leave in 30 mins and have lots to do.
Have a good day everyone, and hugs to those who need them. Taffy x
Need to sort my life out! :T
