Morning all

Two loads of washing out on the line, including the throws from the living room, but it doesn't seem to be drying.

Cleaned the kitchen properly after making a sponge and some little currant cakes. Dusted living room and computer desk (in hallway) and vacuumed right through downstairs.

Cut grass back and front and hacked down loads of greenery in the back garden. It's not really dry enough but the forecast doesn't make me think it will get any drier this week.

Soon be time to cook dinner, this afternoon I'll scout round the house for more rubbish before black bin day tomorrow.

In my HHC I have
cleared the lounge of anything that doesnt belong (there was loads of stuff!!) and put it in the right place/room
have moved one sofa out and hoovered behind and hoovered sofa
and hoovered that piece of floor

will work my way round the room but already it is looking better without the carp!!

Mashed spuds and put on top of the cottage to make it into a pie:D
Wiped surfaces again and put more stuff in the DW
Swept and mopped the kitchen floor.
S & S the bathroom
Washed bathroom floor.

Suppose i'd better update now. All banking sorted. Lunch eaten and now have two and half hours to finish these workbooks.

Sexymouse...I think I used to live near you because all those names you're mentioning sound familiar. We were on a big new (at the time) estate on the big main road leading towards Fratton I think it was. Might have been off the Eastern road. How can I forget where I used to live!!! It was only for 6 months though. Ok, i've now made myself look even more ditsy.

I feel human again now after my bath, aren't they thee most relaxing thing to do? other than a foot massage? lol Got to leave for work in 10 mins so gonna spend it with you guys, aren't you lucky!

I have out my washing out for the first times in days and it's now belting it down with rain here in Lancashire! It can stay out there as it will muck up my tidy hallway!!

I was doing so well this morning but now I am disillusioned!!
