Thanks bobby i'll have a cup.
Dishes all done Bo cleaned up and waiting on vet to ring back but it is likely that he'll have to go in.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Well to get a couple of these tasks done (shoe repair and food shop), I need to go into town, so won't be able to cross those off til later. Have done the bulk of the tasks - will leave the filing bit and hotspot bits to OH cos he has loads to do. I may have to get him some folders like I have when I'm in town so that he can get things a bit more organised.

  • Good morning people.
Need some motivation to get started today. My whole house is a tip, so need some structrue. Will try and stick to the list and work round DS1 (3yrs) and DS2 (4months). I best go as DS1 wants me to read to him and then I'll start. Will post my list in a bit when I've actually done something.
Housework only gets noticed when it's not done.
My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them.
Can never keep up with the thread - otherwise I'll never get anything done! But hugs to All :grouphug:

  • Morning ladies.

Was up till after midnight again last night doing stuff (making and icing DH's birthday cake, ordering a cake tin and some stuff from lakeland for xmas and DS1s birthday, emptying airers and hanging up the wet stuff) so i think i cleared my list from yesterday.

I was then up at 4 and 6:45 ish with ds2, at which point i got up.

I am in and getting done what i can. Today that has involved the dailies so far, plus i got the wm on a 60 wash with a load of towels and flannels. It needs to be hot as the flannels are all covered in food stains from ds1 using them after eating. I checked ebay. My Dr Marten boots have been bid on, with several watchers, and 5 of 7 items have watchers so i am hoping for a bidding war.

TRiker sorry the day started so bad - hope something can get sorted

nearly newbie sounds like you have had it rough too.

Today will not be very productive as it is DH;s birthday and we already said we were not running round tonight. DH spent hours at the weekend relaying paving slabs that were wobbly and replacing the broken concrete around the manhole cover for the drain in the garden.

my only goal is tomake beef stroganoff, and perhaps watch something off the digibox as it is rather full.
