I'd guess by every card is a 'guaranteed potential winner' means something along these lines...
The scratch card your unique code gets you will have ten boxes with values underneath, you get to pick 3 boxes and if those all match you win the prize (£10 on the vast majority of packs). So every card *could* win but the chances of you picking the 'right' three boxes are pretty slim.0 -

These instant win comps are shameful marketing. Doubt they will pay out more than 5% of that. Good article here http://forums.loquax.co.uk/showthread.php?t=217338&highlight=navara (rival forum sorry) which gives some idea how these instant wins are run.
Thanks for the link - now that thread made interesting reading! Especially in light of the Big Andrex Comp problem where only 10 prizes were awarded out of loads & loads!Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
The last few packs of Bounty I've bought have been on offer in Lidl so worth a lookThrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
The Sainsburys 99p ones are the promotional ones - patterned though & I prefer the white ones - also now I've read the packet it actually means every other winning pack is £10, not every other pack - although it does word it the same as the op. It also says that non winning ones get a 50p downloadable voucher though, so while they're half price in Sainsbury's, even if you don't win, it's like getting 2 rolls for 50p once you include the voucherAl Mac Appreciation Society (AMAS) member # 6½

Yep, so by my (potentially dodgy) calculations, if every other pack offers £10, and then there are other prizes on offer too, you have a better than 50% chance of winning a prize... :T0 -

I read it as
£100,000 x10
£1,000 x 1,000
£100 x 10,000
£10 - on all other packs (but only if you scratch off the right 3 symbols)
