    Haven't heard back regarding the problem having been fixed, so I'm unwilling to try again in case I lose my codes!

    I had same problem, first code could not read so I was sent another one. Second code went in fine but could not sracth the boxes, emailed them on the 30th and still not heard anything.

    Why have an email address for problems that they do not respond to.

    I know I received a pm from Sam the first time, but what if you are not a member of this site and are having problems with codes. Not very good customer service really.
