I have been looking for the codes and just can't find them. How many digits long are they and are they just numbers.Ive turned the wrapper inside out upside down and still cant find it. Can someone please let me know where the code is located on the pack before i go mad.

Got some of this with the pretty Christmas print ready for the holidays as I just knew there would be plenty of spillages (I wasn't wrong!! lol)
But I just cannot get the code to work!!

Have emailed them, hopefully I can post it in to them or something?

Hi I was one of those who had real problems trying to read the promo codes on bounty.I managed to get codes by phoneing the bounty customer service desk.I entered them on line but because I use the local library computer I cannot download print coopons.I then phoned the bounty team again who told me to write to them with all my details and my winning numbers.As yet I am still waiting to hear from them with my vouchers.
