For a big business, maybe, although I bet the best feedback that you can expect to get is a neutral.
For a private or small seller, no way. £24 is enough to kick up a fuss over and, what's more, do you want to encourage this sort of behaviour?
slick-chic85. Sorry for the delay in answering. The ABC thing isn't an acronym or anthing official. It was just my way of describing the PayPal process, which is extremely automated and processy (i.e. proof of delivery, then proof return, then refund). So an email outside of eBay ackowledging receipt of the goods might well be ignored by PP, but they shouldn't ignore emails withing eBay and, in your case, statements within the dispute itself.0 -
if you do fight the claim I would check the tracking number on the RM website to see if it shows delivered.0

Still waiting for them to correspond...x xMen will say of matrimony : “Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free” While women say of marriage : “Why buy the whole pig just to get a little sausage”:rotfl::rotfl::T0 -
Thats brilliant news re the delievery, as the other poster said check on royal mail website, it will give you a time and date that the item was signed for.
What ever you do dont pay up to them,
The positives.
You have the proof of posting
you have the emails saying they got it
they returned it - not recorded delievery - therefore its their error
You put your feet up, grab some chocolate and let paypal do the hard work, and answer them when you have to. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
