Sarahf You give me a headache with how much you do every day I am so jealous haha but one thing.. I tidied all my lego off the floor today so thats 1 to me and 32 to you :D

    Morning All

Pinkladymel I don't mean to give you a headache love and I'm no where near as organised as I sound LOL it just sounds that way when you write it down. My Planner is upto date and tidy but still needs loads (and I mean Loads) of things crossing off :o . Both my sons birthdays are coming up on on Halloween and the other in december and I haven't got them one present yet  (so totally not organised there).
    • I've got all my cards - But not Written any
    • Got Loads of Home Made Pressies to make  (and the list keeps on getting bigger)
    • I've still got loads of presents to wrap  (Although have tried to wrap a few a day)
    • And there is still LEGO on the floor and 2 lots of washing to be done, thats on top of all the over jobs I need to do.
but on a better note this thread has kept me Sane (????) the past few weeks knowing that people are the same as me. We all have good days and bad days. So Thanks Everyone

We are all gonna be super organised at Christmas and its gonna be great, and well if we forget something or miss a few jobs off the list I don't think anyone will notice really will they?? (Well I hope not LOL:rotfl: ) and I'm sure I will burn something AGAIN on Christmas day:o

Anyway need another Coffee before the kids get up, So have a fun day...

    Morning All

I am going to write my plan here, to hopefully keep me motivated. I am employed term time at the local college, and here in Scotland the schools finish tomorrow for the "Tattie Holidays". This is my "organised christmas" plan for the next 2 weeks, because housework wise nothing has been done!
    • Friday 10th October
      Clean out my bedroom
Chuck out all unncessaries I find in our cupboards
Clean windows, skirtings, light fittings, hoover under bed etc, tomorrow I will do the bedroom properly.
    • Saturday 11th October (family day)
      Take the boys swimming
Do the Porch, window (its nothing but bloomin windows!), skirtings, light fittings etc.
    • Sunday 12th October
      Lazy day:D
Will make the last of my gift tags though, and put some items on ebay to make some cash for little bits and bobs eg want a new stamper for making my own wrapping paper, got 3 but I quite want a "holly" stamp
    • Monday 13th October
      THE BOYS BEDROOM
De-clutter to make room for Santa
Chuck out/sell everything that is not played with
Sort out their clothes, sell what's fit for selling, bin the rest.
      Again, windows, blinds, skirtings
That is my plan for the first few days of the holidays, I will update and add as I go along, but I better go and get ready for my last day at work :j , and its school photo day today, so better get the boys sparkling. Have a nice day y'all.

Good Luck with your plan, and hope you have a nice week off work, mine don't finish until the 24th so I've got a while yet to get some more done as we are off up to Ayr on the 26th for a week so I'm gonna miss a whole week of getting organised  .

This thread keeps getting bigger and bigger - imagine what it will be like by December!

Managed to write another 5 cards last night but that's been about it. I must wrap the rest of my daughters' presents which have been sitting in the cupboard for nearly two weeks! I'm scared they find them!

    Have a good day!

Hope you get well sone s23xy_c!

Well today im going to go through all my cupboard and disinfect them and get rid of anything that I know I wont eat or use. Also make a list of stuff I need to make my first ever batch of Christmas cakes and get half the ingredients this week and half next week to spread the cost out a bit.

You dont really give me a headache I LOVE reading what you do everyday it is brilliant and also gets me thinking about what I need to do.:jI bet you are excited for your holiday now because you must be exhausted with all this extra tidying you have been doing.

I was tired and being hyperactive last night hope I didnt cause offence to anyone:o

Dani85 Sounds like a masterplan I hope that comes along nicely for you :D I can't even get to my cupboards there is so much washing on the side..:o

Tigger888 Hi Gill, I know what you mean about the kids finding them. I have been wrapping everything as I buy it because I just couldn't afford these two finding their gifts LOL I really enjoyed opening my cupboard and seeing the little things I had bought throughout the year, writing them in my notepad and thinking how excited they will be christmas morning.

s23xy_C Don't you ever stop! ;) I hope you are feeling better soon and it doesn't develop into something awful. I wish I had a spare room all of my hamper things are crammed into my bedroom LOL

Kalojac Ohh you get to have your boys home and a break!! I think that sounds like a brilliant plan and if you can do all that in a few days you must be wonderwoman and very proud of yourself :T I am such a slow tidier it would take me a week LOL

mum2one I love the line in the planner "Play the game called "how the heck do we get the turkey in the fridge to defrost" hahaa!! You really made me laughing saying about getting a partner. Don't worry, you won't be lonely over christmas.. you don't need a man.. you have.. OUR THREAD:rotfl: Sending you lots of HUGE hugs (Which I know is rubbish but I felt like I wanted to give you a christmas hug).
