The thing is.. the competition runs for 12 months. The person with the least votes gets voted off each month until there are just two people left battling out for..

The job as lead designer at Design Objectives!! (papermania, do crafts, basic grey, doodlebug) Which would be my dream.

So by then everyone will probably have dwindled off this thread and got lives lol. Darn it all!

I have just been thinking and remembered. Have you all been taking and also giving your children vitamins? There is so much going about at the moment and I am going to try remember every day so we are all strong enough for christmas.

Last year I was excited, posting on here... Really made a big effort with hampers etc. On the morning of christmas the kids woke up both ill as anything. REALLY mardy. Didn't want to open any presents and when I was opening mine they was crying and whining so I had to put them down and get the kids into bed like it was a normal crappy day.

The ironic thing is.. in my manifesto last year I said the only thing I wanted was for the kids to all be healthy.

Mel - trust me - I didn't catch anything going around. If what I've got is contagious, you better all watch out!:rotfl: I just found out last week that I'm pregnant. And I am just sooooooo tired. And it kicked in my diverticulitis a little, so I'm a bit sore and worn out (and on antibiotics). But on my hubby's orders, I am resting as much as possible.

jordanshannon can they pay you that little? That is OUTRAGEOUS! What I do when I am overwhelmed is just find something on the list and do it right now without thinking of dithering over it then put a big cross through it. The more I cross the more good I feel and the more I want to do.
I don't really know tbh, but i got an appiontment with job centre, will be £47 up each week(me thinks):j I've paired up all the socks, walked my dog(Lily), and scrubbed the carpet in my bedroom (Lily's been ill:( ), my OH is ordering cellophane off ebay, so they're all crossed off, just off to have a quick bath b4 work, then come back to do more housework Booooo!!:rotfl:
Still i could always have a chat on here when i've earnt a well deserved break, although i probably will even i i don't earn it:rotfl:
    Thank you for the advice!!!

Shevs.. wow woman.. If I had someone like you here I would be in awe and happiness. I am serious dying under clutter and untidyness.. the faster I clean the faster the kids make it a mess again! I was drinking tea when you said about your family not noticing if you had gone and nearly had a wet monitor!! You are a laugh :D What would you recommend for getting the inside of an oven clean?

That cillet (sp) bang stuff is amazing wouldnt clean without it. But remember to put rubber gloves on when using it. The first time I ever used it, i had the tinyest little cut on my finger and some of the cillet (sp) bang stuff got in it and burnt the skin away and it went pretty deep and now I have a nice scar
left on my finger. It hurt like F*** aswell.

I am starting to dose myself up aswell, woke up this morning and all the skin on my face hurt to touch, sure fire way to tell I am comming down with a cold.

Triggles, congratulations, fantastic news for christmas, buzzin for you

Congrats Triggles! What lovely news for you!

Thanks SO much for the lovely comments, they have cheered me up so much on a day when I'm feeling pretty miserable. I love the buttons. I get them out sometimes just to look at!! (*note to self*: get a life!!) I really want to capture what we have at home Christmas, especially as it may be our last one! It does look a little less 'tacky' in real life as I layed the snowy hills! If I can find my chalks (thats what lending them to Mum results in!!) then I might chalk a bit of snow on too!

Just found out my Grandad has had a mini-stroke again. He has been having more and more recently, its really sad :( Nothing they can do for him, so just making the most of everything we have got!

Well done for chrimbobingo furrypig! On another Quidco note, i just did a home insurance quote on confused.com last night, which says it pays you £1...but its tracked at £3.30 - handy for anyone who might need extra pennies for doing nout!! :D

PLM - we will all stilll be here next year! - We are having the joint 'neutral and organised' Rudolph Club thread aren't we?!?!

Shevs that cillit bang sounds frightening. I have images of me getting some on my face and it melting away to the skull. Now that would hurt like the F word!! :D I'll give it a go...

Triggles a MASSIVE CONGRATUMALATIONS to you!!!! WOW That is so exciting what a HAPPY christmas present :) I hope this wasn't a result of a santa visit in the night....
