When was the last time your access to any of these secure sites worked?

Do you have any toolbars (Google/Yahoo) ?

On the bank home page, click personal account - page unavaliable
On amazon, purchase book, log on - page unavaliable.

Hijackthis found 4 nasties and ewido some too.
After hours of going round in circles managed to get them deleted.
This enabled me to be able to access additional spyware sites, download, install and run alternative scans turning up another nasty. Googled and found a way to rid the computer of it.
Last step now is to be able to access the secure parts of web sites and my accounts.

All advice welcome.
