Ok do this for what its worth,
Open Internet Explorer. Tools, Internet Options, Security Tab = Level Medium
then go to Privacy Tab = Medium Level, Now Content Tab, Clear SSL State
then OK, Close Browser (IE) then re-open.0 -
who is your isp and what mode or router are you using to connect to the internet
