Ok do this for what its worth,

Open Internet Explorer. Tools, Internet Options, Security Tab = Level Medium
then go to Privacy Tab = Medium Level, Now Content Tab, Clear SSL State
then OK, Close Browser (IE) then re-open.

Its Zonealarm and just installed couldnt get to sites even before ZA install

have you cleared all cookies/cleared history also from the internet options on the content tab have you cleared all ssl state
