I have a log file from another site done will this do?

Edit: The new firewall is picking up alot is this normal, or just when first installed.

I once tried to use an early version of Thunderbird to read my email. My ineptitude at setting the email accounts details caused my provider to bar any access correctly configured or not. I had to pay to talk to technical support. Strangely without doing what they said (a futile gesture in my view) my system worked within seconds. You may have been barred from the sites you wish to access because of suspicious activity caused by spyware or ignorance as in my case. You may have to re-establish contact with the sites in question.
