Making crisps!

I think Sainsbury's still do them.
Doubt you'd be able to get the same at home - usually 'spring onion flavour' is made up of lots of, ah, unusual ingredients!0 -

I love spring onion crisps. Love them. M&S used to sell big 100g bags which were gorgeous, but they seem to have stopped doing them. The only place I can find them are in the multipack bags in Morrisons with prawn cocktail & beef & onion. Does anybody know anywhere else that sells them?
Failing that, is there ANY way I could make some that were just as tasty as the shop ones? I've done salted crisps before but I don't know how on earth I would get the spring onion flavour?? Any help appreciated!
i used to love the M&S spring onion crisp, yum.
funny thing is that i hate spring onions, or onions0 -
Would sticking some spring onions into a dehydrator so it turns into powder that you could sprinkle onto plain crisps work?0

Does anyone have a recipe for home-made crisps? Ideally...healthy ones, but that taste just like Walkers!0

She used sweet potatoes and parsnips with hers, used a potato peeler to shave slices off, then put on a tray with a drizzle of oil and put them into the oven until they went crispy. Could do the same with potatoes, not sure how they turn out, but could be nice!!!!0 -
