Timmy i got this from another website about the same thingJust got this email from expedia.com.au. Looks promising, for anyone who hasnt had their payment processed by expedia yet :
"Thank you for your email.
Your flights are confirmed. When booking flights through our website we take your payment and submit it to the airline. The airline runs on a separate billing system to Expedia and will bill you within the next couple of weeks.
Kind regards,
Expedia.com.au
hope it helps you a little

Not sure if there's a better thread to post this in....
I was hoping this thread was about Tips and personal experiences of the actual trips people make.
If you still want to chase up the ticketing issue then there are other threads which IMHO are more appropriate.
Here's a current thread

OK thanks, I'll post in that thread if it seems relevant so if anyone wants to know more look in there. For the record though, expedia have just called to say they won't be honouring the price and have indeed cancelled my booking.0 -
A
Air France confirmation code: 2xxxxx Strangely enough this ref did not work on the Airfrance web-site I had to use the 13 digit ref instead.
From the Airfrance website and the 13 digit ref number I could not select seats unless I clicked on the Headline paragraph information which takes me to another similar page.
I am struggling to choose seats on via Air France / KLM , and NWA sites - I can't find the links you suggest above - any advice please?:j0 -

Looks like the AF web-site times out so the link I provided doesn't go to the right place.
On the AF site look at the menu "Book Online\Flight Status" then choose the last item "Your Reservations"0 -

I am obviously being thick - but even when I get into my reservations there is no facility to choose / allocate / change seats at all :huh:From the Airfrance website and the 13 digit ref number I could not select seats unless I clicked on the Headline paragraph information which takes me to another similar page.
Read the Quoted paragraph at the top of the page on the AF web-site.Your reservation cannot be completed in this country, please click here, if you wish to make changes to your reservation.
You should be able to click on the word "here" to take you to another page.0 -
thanks - done that and got to the AF Aus site - still no option to choose seats though
At the very bottom of the page is "Your Travel Preferences" field
Shows Meal Status and Seat Status
In this field there is a "Select of Modify" button with and arrow(bottom right hand side)
Click that button
Takes you to another page with "Indicate Your preferences"
There should be a "seating preference" field with a link to "Make your selection"0 -
