had to take DD2 for physio on her knee, however it does seem to be improving. she was in a gala yesterday and won all her races, so at least her knee pain isnt slowing her down
feel incredibly tired at the moment, probably just the time of year, I could do with going to bed right now but I want to watch Dr Who on sky:D0 -
Hi all - finally got an interview not until next week though but at least it is a step in the right direction. Applied for a public sector job yesterday - took me 4 hours - then had to send it from work as it refused to receive from my e-mail address!

Hi Belle I'm on holiday next week too, it will be half term so it will be nice to spend some time with the kids.
SH good luck with the interview let us know how you get on
Ruby how is the job going ?
IC how are things with you?
i'm off work today felt really ill at work yesterday, came on very quickly and i just had to come home. a bit better today thank goodness, but I am resting, on here and watching tele at the same time
hope you are all ok x0 -
Hi everyone, YB and SC I am on leave too next week, yippee!! :j Well from now actually because I don't work Fridays. Enjoy half term with your children, I know I am hoping too.
SH good luck with the interviews, what are they for and when?
IC, how are you doing?
It has been a mad and hectic week but a good one, this job is certainly going to be different but I like it so far even though I haven't and won't have a desk of my own. Permanent hot desking from now on....!! I have ordered my laptop and PDA (which I think is a personal digital assistant) or such like... basically a phone that allows you to access your emails and stuff. We will wait and see whether I can get on with that!!
Off to have a glass of something pink and a sit down.
Lots of hugs

Hi my interviews are Monday and Wednesday they are for a managerial job - don't want to say more on an open forum... but thanks for the good wishes...
I now have another interview lined up with an agency that has lots of attractive jobs but has never put me forward for any - that is on Wednesday too so I will have 2 interviews on Wednesday and 1 on Monday! Work are being fantastic and letting me have time off with pay. Kids will be at MIL's all week as I didn't dare take holidays in case I am job less come the end of March! (As I will get paid for them then....)Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
