Pizza Hut 50% off deal - MISLEADING

Printed off the 50% off FOOD at Pizza Hut, and clicked the tab to specify my local restaurant today.

Phoned and booked a table and went to restaurant today. The alteration to the offer was not pointed out by them -we didn't mention it either as we printed it off this aftrenoon.

There was a notice on the door stating they have changed the 50% offer to apply Monday to Thursday ONLY.

We had made a special trip and went in and spoke to the manager. It had been decided earlier in the week that they would only offer the deal Monday - Thursday.

I had applied for and printed out the voucher which clearly states ALL day EVERY day until October.
The manager pointed out the small print that stated they have the right to change the offer.

My point- they can change a website in less than a minute, so why didn't they as they had made the decision to restrict the offer on Wendesday.

I did express the opinion that I would not have went to Pizza Hut today had the offer not been running. I was given a discount (not 50% off food) off the meal as I am a regular customer there as a gesture of goodwill.

We have had too good meals at ours. I wonder if its local or wide spread. Sounds like a local manager is trying to improve his sales.
Ours was very strict re. voucher and wanted ID to check voucher against.

I used this voucher in star city birmingham yesterday they accepted it no problem but had worst meal from there ever the pizza was incorrect from what ordered they had do change also pizza had very little cheese and loads of tomato and the base was very thin in places very thick in others. I am not against pizza hut as i use it oftern and usally have no problems did not complain anyway as had 50% off.

good of you to warn people anyway it must be up to each restrant manager

It was Ayr, and the meal and service was outstanding.

I travel to Ayr as the food, service and all round experience is far superior there.

my hubby used one of our vouchers yesterday in Dunfermline no problem,meal was as normal..he had to pay for drinks as normal though.

We went to Crystal Peaks Drakehouse Retail Park yesterday and I left really disgusted in the end.
We placed an order after an extended time of waiting and 20 minutes later were told that the topping we wanted for our pizza was not available - I was expecting the food arriving soon, not just being dealt with.
Someone we knew then arrived and the waitress came back to say our side order was not available either, so I was very cross and said something about it but they weren't overly interested. Because of the offer they were busier than expected and under staffed with no intention to resolve the issues.
The table beside us left in disgust when no one had come to take their order after 30 minutes.
I always felt it wasn't bad in there but I'm less than impressed now.

phone pizzahut hq up and tell them.. this is wrong on the voucher it says any day. they are trying to shaft ya!

i went to the one in portsmouth and it was crap 2 staff to about 25 tables. = cold pizza lol

Just looked at my voucher for Bingley. It says available all day seven days a week - and the usual exclusions.

TBH I will probably not even use mine as I think the lunchtime buffets are the best value and no waiting!

Twice my local pizza hut has brought me something different to what was ordered and both times after checking it was their mistake they removed said pizza from the bill. The second time we'd ordered one of the deals where you get 2 pizzas for X price so they had to remove the complete deal from the bill meaning we paid for drinks only!!
