    Triker...have you heard from your friend again? Have you tried the british consulate. I found this on the crete british consulate page:

    You are meant to SWALLOW the pills.. with copious amounts of alcohol.. no wonder you are unwell!!

    Oi! It's only 6 years unless I got the sum wrong! I'm hoping it is the menapause otherwise they need to find out why I keep getting so hot, and moody, and annoyed at people and...

    Triker - hope your pal gets sorted soon - mind you there are worse places to be stranded!

    Pigpen a pal of mine started her menopause at 33 - who had her second babe - and that was it - the 'shop' was shut. Good job you had your family when you did!

    I have had a good day - ironed, level 3 kitchen including window (again) and bleach on floor/worksurfaces from jam making - gleaming in there now - then I went to work and did some more sorting. More to do but it's looking MUCH better.

    Haven't looked at tomorrows list - took me an age to catch up because my thanks button was sticking.

    See you all soon (((((hugs))))) to you all - because they are needed, deserved and they are nice!

    Got to put the wheelie bin out and it's rather moist out there! Rather a lot of precipitation again!

    G&B loved the 'cheap meat' comment -what a picture THAT painted!

    Oh - and I tested the smoke alarms - dining room AND hallway! Quorn sausages under the grill do it EVERY time :Wink: Just the landing to do now!

    I meant I wasn't joking about being menopausal.. not about being dead.. I am immortal.. I will live forever.. in the nightmares of the descendants of the 5 people I want to kill.

    I am not good today. My sister is under the consultant that nearly killed me, and Tiddles..
