Teedy - good luck with the habit stopping - hope Polka is doing well with that too. Well done for even trying - I believe it's not easy!

Holly - they won't work on mine, either. :o Can recommend www.consumerdirect.gov.uk for any queries like this. (Unless I'm breaking post rules) - because this is a government site and not a .co.uk

They havnt recovered any of the items yet, but are very very confident of getting a conviction and one of the boys is 19 and can be tried as an adult, the police are hoping he will be handed a custodial sentence:):):):) Im so happy!!!

Nicki – with the placement thing – is there a breakfast club your DD could go to to cope with the early morning lessons?

There's a breakfast & afterschool club so in theory she could go to them, but originally I wasn't supposed to need childcare  Its £1 a session for breakfast club, and another £5 per session for the afterschool club so you're looking at £30 a week for her to go to both all week! If I did second lesson 9.40 (so getting there at 9.30ish - easily do-able on the bus;) ) until 2.10pm (end of penultimate lesson) then I just get 16 hours in a week but loose my time on either side while DD is in school to travelling. If I put her in breakfast club (£5 a week for 5 sessions) then I can do an extra lesson a day and get 20 hours in but would have to travel in rush hour in the morning to get there (on the same bus as most of the kids) and then loose the after placement time to travelling back to make sure I was home in time to collect her  Its all about balancing things out but the school (that I've asked for a placement in) starts at 8.20 and finishes at 3pm (which is a change to the 8.45-3.25 which it was when I went there) and DD's school is 8.55-3.15pm :rolleyes: If it wasn't for the fact that I want to work in a secondary school I'd ask if I could work at DD's....which may still end up happening:o

Valli … I suddenly realised…. I have a peg thing too!!!! I really didn’t think I did…. Until I noticed, MY pegs are violet and black, and some random spare ones lurking ….. which I never use unless I actually run out of my pretty ones. So, I’m not quite as bad as you lot, but none the less……

    Johanne big hugs.

Been busy today and had bo to the vets turns out that the pin has moved abit so the vet moved it back abit and he'll get another xray in 10 days.

OH got the job he put in for last week and is starting monday, not sure what i'll do with everyone away.:j :j :j

DS1 p**sed down the frame of his bunk bed (down the tube) so i'll have to pull that apart tomorrow to clean it.  but don't have a clue where the tool thing is.

Took sister for another dress fitting can't believe she is going away on friday and i'm to do the airport run that should be fun as they will be drinking. Then i get to use her car for 2 weeks so no more problems for hubby getting to work, well at least for 2 weeks anyway.:rotfl:

Right i better get sorted for the morning and head to bed. Nite all.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
