    Hi Tag,

I don't have that small a kitchen 10ftx10ft, but as we had guests over yesterday, we frantically went round the whole flat cleaning. Our kitchen is only a year old, and I've tried to keep it ultra clean since it was finally finished (it took 2 years for OH to finish the tiling etc), and we have worktops on the window wall (straight ahead when you walk in) and the lefthand wall only. We have white gloss units to maximise the light in there, so I wipe these down if ever anything is spilt on them, cos you can see it immediately. I spray the sides with my white vinegar and water solution, and just wipe them down with this. Plus we don't have a dining room, so those tasks are removed straight away.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I wondered how you cleaned it so fast.

Mine's a good size. Got room for a 5ft pine dining table so pretty big I suppose.
I don't have a dining room either. But I've been washing down a kitchen chair each week in place of the dining room bit. I hate doing them especially the spare bar stool one that leaves under a worktop. The underside of the dining table will get it next week.
Oh goody another white vinegar and water solution person.:T I love the stuff. Everyone, other than flyladies, thinks I'm bonkers when it comes to white vinegar and what I use it for.:o Today it has cleaned the bathroom tiles, tiles, sink and toilet. The downstairs sink and toilet. The kitchen window and patio doors. The worksurfaces. Oh and squirted onto a warm oven it brought it up a treat.:D

I wish I had known about it years ago. To think off the money I've wasted over all that time on cleaning stuff:mad: when all you need is Stardrops, white vinegar and soda crystals.;)
  • afternoon all :D

    Afternoon everyone.

Went to meet my friend for lunch and catch up. She is getting married in November so I caught up on the wedding plans. Its only a small wedding and they are just having guests who they really want there. I was really touched when I got an invite. Today she told me that she has sorted out transport for me as I dont drive. She said I really want you there and I had a little lump in my throat.

While having lunch my best friend from school was there. I was so pleased to see her.
