This one makes me laugh. Shame, as it looks nice from the outside. Still, at least it's clean .....

Thanks all, I had a great laugh! Looks like the Estate Agent sneaked in and took photos while they were out. Must say if it was in this area (South East) I'd snap it up though, it's a snip and bags of potential to add value!!
Fix the driveway after you've bought this "bargain". How are you supposed to park on that drive when there is such a strange drop-kerb approach? You'd have to approach from a very sharp angle. I wouldn't be able to handle that steep stairway in my old age either, or maybe even now. Can you really get a car in to such a small garage? I hate newbuilds.0 -

It's a real shame that they can't afford a pebble fireplace for that room. At least they got the laminate and co-ordinating soft furnishings right.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Yep a pebble fireplace and I would uproot my family and move there

When we were on the hunt for a house years ago. We got details of a property (in the days before Rightmove etc) from the estate agent.
It was in the right area - upstairs and although a bedroom less than we wanted, they were a good size, downstairs we could tell was a bit on the small side, but it had an integral garage with access from the house, so it ticked most of the boxes.
So we arranged a viewing. The guy opened the door, and it was one of OH's colleagues from work.
Well, the inside of the house defied description, it was somewhere you would expect to meet Kim and Aggie
You literally had to step over stuff as you were walking around, clothes all over the bedroom floors, wardrobe doors hanging off, kitchen doors hanging off, toys everywhere.
But they sold it...not to us though. On the other hand if it had been just what we wanted the state of it would have made no difference.
TBH, if I look on Rightmove and there isn't a full description with room sizes I don't look at the photos. So, for me, a picture of the outside, then room sizes, preferably a floor plan and pictures of the inside last.
I'm not really interested in the presentation of the inside, just the house.
This is the type of estate agents blurb I like ... and the house isn't all that bad either.
