I have this machine with exactly the same specification, albeit I payed bloody £700 for it.

It plays all the latest games and as far as I am concerned it does the job efficiently enough.

    Nice looking System too !

Have fun, I'm off to a party

  • The problem is, this offer expires on Sunday (tomorrow).

Now, I'm not back in the office till Tuesday, and can't get access to the CC card.

Anybody have a solution? I'm absolutely kicking myself here, I feel properly fleeced.

What I did was emailed customer services to tell them to cancel, they will contact you via phone to speak to you, in the mean time purchase another 3 systems on you C card (If you have enough credit) this won't be charged on your credit card until Wednesday at the earliest. If you are using a debit card then be aware that Dell will debit this straight away.

You really wont have any problems cancelling your previous order, I've ordered and cancelled on many occasions with 5 - 6 days notice and never had a problem.

    Hope this helps

I rang them up about this and they said it was because MCE05 has been phased out :O

you need to enter the e value code ..typing any in the first box and d11516c in the second box.

Then reduce the dell support services to 1 Year European Collect and Return Service

  • Unfortunately the card only has a £2000 limit. With £1500 from the previous order already spent.

Might try reordering it anyway tomorrow, means a 60 mile round trip to the office to get the cc card tho!

It still comes with the £712 starting price.
