Phoned india who told me that my order is still in production, i told them that there website says differant and that my order was dispatched to welsh western for delivery today,he said he would look into it and also gave me his supervisors name and number.
I then phoned welsh western because according to there website the monitor should be delivered today, they had no idea of who should have delivered it and said her supervisor would phone me back.
The total weight of the boxes delivered was 1.01kgs according to the welsh western website it states total weight is 8kgs, it looks to me that someone at welsh western has had them away and is going to have a very nice xmas.

If I was you don't phone them because they just go around and around in circles even though you speak to a supervisor (they might give a false name and number - need to check this with another phone call be on the safe side - you know what dell are like!!!!).
You be better off email them then you have proof by their email letter they are going to send you the 19" monitor. Should be getting mine this week looking forward!!.
    ;)

    Well, BusinessPost have just delivered...

...you've guessed it, one monitor lead and one 'Robots Print Studio' CD.

I assume that the small box with the disc in should have been the monitor - the Dell shipping sticker has the part number of the enclosed disc on it, so the fault is with Dell.

Oh well, here we go again... :wall:

No delivery here yet, expected some time today - a monitor I hope!

Mine also says 0Kg on the packing slip, but says 8Kg on the Walsh Western tracking.

Mine says the same thing, fingers crossed they deliver a monitor and not a CD.

Best of luck, but so far all I have to show for my 130-odd quid is an IEC mains lead and an OEM 'Robots' cd!

Actual package weights marked on boxes are:

    Box 1of2 - part no. HC270 - Robots CD - 0.01Kg
    Box 2of2 - part no. 01NRV - Mains Lead - 1Kg

If you mean the WW tracking info page, mine said 8Kg.

The numbers above are off the Dell labels on the actual packages.

No packing slip at all in mine but all the details are on the Dell label on the Box - there is also a business post label as well.

By the way my Dad ordered one of these about half an hour after mine, he never got the PDF so didn't chase it up. Last night he got a new order PDF through - due Manufacture 1st Jan Delivered by the 13th - Nice of them to work New Years day!
