I have had exactly the same pdf's and experience as the above. No price, no weight in the boxes and 2 CRT's. I don't know what is going on - it also says it's been dispatched???!!!0

Knowing that Dell live by the "Customer is always right" creed, I concur with me learned friend that the correct spec is 19" TFT at £131.60 and look foreward to their cheerful acceptance of the fresh order.

Apart from my confirmation email I have received diddly squat - no pdf, no cancellation email, no reply to my chase-up email. Presumably my order has been cancelled but they haven't bothered to tell me?You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0

Well 1 order only has the 1st email reply (without PDF), and the 2nd order has had the PDF, but never had an email since to notify me of any problems.Be nice0
