Just had a look at a jiffy bag that contained a DVD I bought from Play for £24.99 and it says on the label "IMPORT VAT PRE-PAID". Play, HMV and Sainsburys (and I presume Tesco Jersey) all prepay the import tax so you won't get charged.0
