I did 2 both on different email addys but ending the same address got a reply on one and not on the other, very odd.

Are we saying that if you didn't get a 'confirmation e-mail'; then you've blown it?

It could just be that the confirmation has gone into your junk or spam file, some of these get deleted automatically afetr a certain amount of time. If you entered the correct codes you should have had a confirmation email, if you didn't them more than likely it has gone into your spam. As the vouchers haven't started being issued yet, your safest option is to probably turn off your spam settings until your voucher arrives. That way you can be sure that you won't miss it. Make sure that you turn it back on after though. My junk emails don't get deleted for 3 days, if yours is similar, check in there for your confirmation.
