I'll have to as all 3 places I tried are shut until tomorrow. The only other place is A+E but I'm going to try and hang on.

A&E shouldn't be that busy on a Wednesday night.

No reason to try to hang on.

I'm all sorted now thanks.I had to have an abscess drained and am now on double strength antibiotics but at least I can sit down now.
Had a right old day today ..LOL..after coming back from Drs I took my antibiotics and was having a snooze when work phoned needing me to take the car to have the meter redone of course it needed a car wash as well...so poor DH had to do that and to top it off the dog has been scratching and biting herself so I had to take her to the vets and she has wet exsma(sp)...so she has been shaved in two spots ..had an antibiotic injection, got cream and antibiotics and has a collar on to stop her biting it...she's not very happy....she's also meant to have socks on her feet to stop her scratching but she won't let us do it...but she'sstopped scratching for now...
So quite an eventful and expensive day.Have also changed her food to gluten free in case that's what the allergy is...so grand total of £91 in the vets today as the food was £46.99...lol

Oh Taxi, what a day for you!

I'm glad you managed to get the abscess drained, very nasty. No wonder you've been feeling ropey lately if this has been building up. Hopefully with the antibiotics, you'll start to feel better soon.

Your poor dog, is it the original one, or the new one?

It never rains but it pours! Really hope the abcess will heal up well and you'll soon be back to your normal energy levels. Poor dog, that sounds nasty, hope the cream works for her too.
