Hi all...well went to work for about 5 hours and did ok and will do longer tomorrow as I'm building up to it.My back did start hurting after 3 hours..
I haven't done much else tonight as I fell asleep for a couple of hours.I hoovered the whole house last night so that's a start.Nothing else to report.
  • get some heat (hot wate bottle?) on that back...I've also found that the lecy blanket takes away some of that stiffness I used to have in the morning if that helps...just go gently...have a good day today.

Thanks ISOM...unfortunately heat makes it worse. It's not too bad today though.Went to work until dinner time as at dinnertime the Preston...Blackpoolmatch was on and there was loads of traffic parked on double yellow lines causing obstructions so ended up coming home. The traffic wardens are out ticketing them so that will teach them a lesson hopefully. They also had the road shut!!!...I did alright in the time I was out so roll on tomorrow when I work a proper day.

At least you did ok with the time you were out - could have been worse!

And tomorrow is another day.....now go and put your feet up and make the most of the rest!

Um, I'm trying to visualise quite how that works. Sounds like a game of Twister to me!
2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • Do you have some sort of back thing for the car? Probably teaching my 'gran to suck eggs' here:D

Also those back massage things look good that are advertised, may be worth a look....or a free try out in shops, i am thinking John Lewis;)

I don't have a back thing in the car.Funnily enough I was thinking of looking into it .I have physio tomorrow so will ask what she recommends. We don't have a John Lewis here.
I've had a walk to the PO to deposit the weekend takings.I now have enough for the two loans due out this week and mortgage insurance and a little bit left.Am trying to get enough in for the first to cover everything going out.I still have the o/d but don't want to get into it.
Haven't been to work today as was in pain yesterday and had to take 2 strong painkillers last night so not fit to drive this morning.
  • Make sure you don't strain your back as you hunch down, it is persisting down here.
