    Hi all,
I've had my x ray results back and now have a copy to take to the Physio.
I have degenerative change with mild disc space narrowing L4/5 and L5/S1.No malalignment and mild O/A both hips but joint spaces are preserved.SI joints are normal.
I have some stronger painkillers as well but really only want to take those at nights if needs be as they have a sedative effect.
I've got Physio in a couple of weeks and the following week Podiatry so will get there in the end.
My weigh in at SW was disappointing as I only lost 1/2 lb....don't know how that happened as the previous day I'd lost 3lb and I didn't eat all day yesterday but drank quite a few brews.
I'm seriously thinking of still following the diet at home and not going to class any more.My DD says she'll weigh me at home as though I've still got someone to answer to IYSWIM.I wouldn't mind but I've walked a lot this week as well.
Nothing to report on the debt front either today.Hope you all have a good day.

Hopefully the physio and podiatry will start to have some effect now that they know what they are working with.

Did you wear different clothes to weigh in yesterday? Jeans are really heavy and that may account for the difference or maybe water rentention?

Hope you have a good day today x x

That's so rotten, i would weigh in at home or just use the docs weights. At least if you have that clinic it will be free and you basically do all the hard work yourself anyway. I look on red/green day thread for a bit of inspiration as well.
I remember once it was chucking down and i was wearing jeans at weigh in and i had put on 3lbs, i was hopping mad so i went home changed and insisted on another weigh in..2lbs off. So that could have been a difference of 5lbs for wet soggy jeans.:o

    Hi Taxi

Well at least you know what's wrong with your back and hips now. Are these things likely to get worse?

Good ideas on the vagaries of weighing there, Taxi. And I'm just ditto-ing Seaxwyn's question, too, what's your prognosis, do you know?
