I'm still full of this flu thing but hoping I will feel better by friday as want to get the money built up for jan/feb bills as those are the real quiet times on the cab.
Never got anywhere whatsoever with that holiday complaint so vowed never to use them ever again.Their loss not mine as we usually go long haul carribean etc every jan..so now don't use any firm associated with air tours so that rules out a few companies....I now use TUI..first choice/thomsons group instead.

Afraid not Lucielle...the tablets were making me seriously ill so had to come off them and have to give it 6-8 weeks for them to come out of my system before trying again.So will try again when I get back from hols in jan.

I am halfway through the Allan Carr stop smoking book and it is really good - if its successful I will pass it on to you if you want.

Hope your weigh in goes well on Thurs - I am rejoining tomorrow so have had a pizza for tea! x

I've been to the Drs weight management thing today and have lost 3 1/2lbs there but use my SW weight in my sig so won't update until tomorrow on that.I also went for the mile walk afterwards as well.
Popped in to Drs on the way back and my x ray results are in so have to phone to speak to the Dr at lunchtime tomorrow I also got a letter from podiatry and have an appointment on 25th november so am getting there.
Need to update my sig as £25 min payment for A+L card came out of bank today.
That's about it really.

I'll feel like I've really achieved something when I get in the 20's....be a good few months away yet thoughbut will keep plugging away.
