If they charge you then they must have gone mad, cos that means they are gonna send you the projector you ordered.

Maybe they will charge you if they have nothing better to do but certainly not this time. They are not idiots you see.

If you got a pdf, your next job is to read their terms and conditions EXTREMELY carefully. Then, decide whether you are willing to issue proceedings against a company that has more money in its petty cash than you have in total. (Okay, I'm guessing on that last point.)

Out of the thousands that must have been ordered, we have 3 people on here that claim to have received a PDF.  ???

Some orders could have slipped through the net, so there was always the chance that 0.00001% of people would have got something  ;D ;D

I don't believe that even if they charge your card they have to supply the item.
Presumably the contract is only bound when you receive a PDF of the order AND they dispatch it?
Other online providers reserve the right to cancel any order right up to the point they send it out (happened with Argos).

You would think that if they were going to welsh out then they would have said something by end of today. I would, your position on anything does not get any better the longer you dither about it. Perhaps they are waiting on an opinion from Messrs. Sue Grabbitt and Runne.

Made two seperate orders for the Projector and Printer at 13.15 yesterday. Recieved PDF for Printer this morning but none for Projector.
