I see that the PSP location thread is pages and pages long, so here is my contribution.
try https://www.lik-sang.com as at the time of writing they have plenty of PSPs in stock. They are a trusted website, and considering that they import are extremely quick at delivering (under 1 week).
The Giga packs are on there at $329 which equates to £190. Shipping is $35 which is £20 so a giga pack for £205 aint half bad!

Just been looking everywhere and the ONLY voucher that works on this is the £10 of a £70 spend at boots listed towards the bottom on the Rpoints voucher table
which makes it £189.99 , free delivery AND £23.99 worth of points - a total of £166 for the PSP
EDIT
just found another voucher that works, extra 1500 points
http://www.ukshops.!!!!!!/vouchers.html (the 3rd one along)
which makes it £199.99 with 3899 points which makes it £161
if you go thru Rpoints you get an extra 2.5% off the original price (a further 4.99 discount!) making it £156 you pay!
EDIT
apparently quidco do 4.5% cashback, an £8.99 discount making it £152!!
but i've never used them personally
good luckmoney saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

The value pakcs are back in stock now - with Pro Evo 5 for £214.99!
I pre-ordered yesterday when they were showing as due in on 2/12 and wasn't too hopeful.
Had to call Play.com this morning for further credit card verification and the chap confirmed they are in stock today!! My order status is now showing as 'packing' so fingers crossed - he reckons I should get it on Monday.0 -
Boots had the value pack with ridge racer this morning for £209 I believe.0

Boots only seem to have the PSP Ridgeracer pack available at the moment:
£209.99
-2519 points
-1500 point voucher
-£9.45 cach back from Quidco
=£160.35
Now THAT is tempting
Even better if you don't want to play Ridge Racer as it seems to be going at about £20 profit on eBay (new & sealed) so that makes it a £140 PSPEGG are a bunch of complete bankers!0 -
Just out of curiosity - those that have just received a PSP can you tell me what firmware is installed on them? i.e. 1.51 , 1.52, 2.00, 2.01 or 2.50?Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Does anyone know if theres any difference between the Japanese and UK versions? I heard there was some variation on the screen quality but not sure if this was fact.

I have just received a PSP from YesAsia.com and the Sharp screen is amazing, as far as I am conerned much crisper than the Samsung screens I have looked at on display in UK stores.0
