part of me would.......they were so keen for me to take it, they offered to buy me a laptop so I could continue working partly from home (which I did because of the back problem I have - it works because there is direct server access available from home). I left some good people behind struggling to keep the place going and I was very happy before she came along - I had no thoughts of leaving.

The other part of me knows that I would be persona non-gratis (sp?!).....as well as redundancy, I put in 118 pages of evidence against her 2 days before I left.

I can't see the Chief Exec. welcoming me back with open arms though as they couldn't pay me off quick enough :(

And - she's still there........ _pale_.......although, I'd know how to deal with her now, and she should have the sense to never put a foot wrong again.

It's made me quite sad and teary really thinking about the difference in me it all caused.....

Been running around like a blue ahhrsed fly today and just sat down-moving stuff back into maritial (??) home and tbh, it's a bit of a pain in the aforementioned body part! Anyhoo-hair being done soon and I don't think I will cut it-I cut LOADS off in Feb and hated not being able to just throw it up bunches-and I will stay blonde...with colour bits in it!

Toto, I think Charlotte Rose is lovely-very pretty name!

Sounds like that bridge is burned. And if she's still there you'd probably never relax however little contact you needed with her directly.

She'll get 'hers' in the end BB!
Just shows that even if the pay is excellent, no amount is enough to deal with that kind of carp at work from ANYONE!

How's your back today? you were suffering when I was last on.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

it's ok thanks Linda - just the 'normal' levels of pain for the last couple of days that I have to put up with as a minimum - I can do that, no problem!!

I was hoping my WTC pack would arrive today. I'm keen to get it filled in now I realise I'm probably going to get nearly £25 a week!

Don't cut it off! Whenever I have mine cut short I wish I'd left it. I HATE it being in my face so it's great to be able to tie it back.

    Spud - fab news!

Linda - yes, doesn't help I'm afraid, I tried one a few years back, I bought one second hand off Ebay. My spinal cord is damaged (well, one of the main nerves - the cord got squashed) and the disc is just absolutely knackered.
