Best wishes Spud. Its horrible when your pet is ill.

My boyfriends dog had a wee limp when we took him for a walk last week. By the time we got back to the house he was walking okay again but I was till really worried. Luckily the vet said he was okay but it gave me such a fright.

Go and see Granda and take MIL for her pension
Pick up Mum from Hospital if she is allowed home today
    Finish VAT return
Take boys for "back to school" haircut

One day I will have a day off when I actually dont have to run around like a looney, that will probably be when I retire tho in about 20 years:rolleyes:

Off to clean up a pile of cat sick in the sunroom...........Oh the Joy of it all:cool:

    morning everyone

I can't believe I slept from10pm until 7.30am (well, he woke me up between 4.30 and 5.30) but I feel refreshed - though still a little bit tired:confused:

My housework plans for today are:
load of washing (one in and I'll save one for tomorrow).
    dust
    vacuum
clear out three drawers in the spare bedroom (it really is a junk room in there).

Some good news - My SIL has spoken with her boss and he's willing to pay me to bring her up to speed with excel and creating and manipulating formulae. So I reckon that'll bring in about the equivalent of one bottle of wine:rolleyes:

Wayne's doing really well with the patches and he's not wanting to drink for a while - he says it will erode his will power.

Morning Cat...If you slept for that long you must have needed it:D

Wayne seems to be doing well and maybe a good idea to stay off the booze as I suppose it does go hand in hand with the smoking. Giving up is mostly psychological I think.

When I quit I remember just after a meal I had to get up and do the washing up/ironing/hoovering just to distract me from the fact that that was the time I always had a smoke. The patches should help though.

Great news on the Excel training:j
