I love the name Charlotte Rose.
I had a reply from Laneshealth about olbas oil... and I can use it in a vapourise, inhalator or on a tissue but should avoid skin contact because they don't have any evidence that it's safe or harmful so they'd rather err on the side of caution. woo hoo I can breathe again.
