Try pouring bicarbonate of soa on the stain and leaving it for a couple of hours before you hoover it up.

Failing that try dabbing the area with a little white vinegar.

You can also use a soda syphon and squirt it on.My SIL did this when her littluns were small if they didnt get to the potty in time.
