Just finishing off sorting out the toys in DS's bedroom and then the kids want me to do some baking with them. I could always send them round to sexymouse and she can bake with them!

    Dusty - well done

Johanne - ((hugs)) as others have said the most important things are Sarah you and your OH. The dread of today must have been awful. I'm sure some of the other boards will be be able to help with advice on the finances when you are ready. Take care.

Hippy I will join you but HHI. I have wasted far too much time doing random nothingness online this pm. I will be so annoyed with myself later.

Flapjacks in the oven as we speak. Had to rush and find the oven manual though cos accidentally pressed the wrong button on the front and turned on the autumatic function - couldn't work out how to turn it off, and the oven won't do manual operation when this is on.

Julie - feel free to send the children over - expect that the flapjacks will have cooled by the time they get here, and then they can do the best bit about baking - the eating! lol

When I made them, I realised that my golden syrup is starting to crystallise as it's bb4 end of june 2008, so will be off to search for recipes including this now.

Must make that cup of tea first though I think,as I've got a terrible headache again.
