    Morning ladies

Polka I'm impressed your OH knew the last time AF visited!

Denise I hope your DS3 is on the mend soon

Soappie I hope you have another fun day and the auction goes well

DH finished the ceiling this morning and has put the wall cupboards back up so I have been busy washing them out and putting the stuff back.

I intend to spend the whole day in their sorting and cleaning.

Any tips on cleaning the quarry tiles - they somehow have a fair bit of paint on them!

Denise - I hope that your DS is feeling better soon. If it is glandular fever, it can be quite a long drawn out illness. I've also been thinking about you and your MIL. I was so pleased to hear that she was getting physio, and even walking with a frame. My very best wishes to her.

happy-rags - hope that your DS and his arm are feeling better very soon.

polkadot - hugs for your DS.

So far this morning, I have done one load of washing, and knitted the start of my sock. I undid the bit I did last night as it didn't look right. I then turned the livingroom upside down looking for the instructions which I put away somewhere safely, and finally found them so that I could start again. I searched online, but found so many different versions that I got totally confused!

Right, off to put in some more washing. I should be doing kids' room today, but the older ones are both till asleep, so they can do their own.

dusty - forgot to say. Aster frikartii gets to about two or three ft with me and has blue mauve large single flowers over a long time.

I also love Aster Little Carlow which gets to about three or four feet, with billowing masses of tiny mauvey blue flowers, but sadly over a shorter period. Neither get mildew.

Welcome BumbleBee. You are in the right place for support, we are very good at [strike]nagging[/strike] encouraging;) :D .

Have found DH MOT certificate for tomorrow
Filled in Enhanced Police Check for work
    Car recovery quote

Then wasted a bit of time looking at the Nemo on Ice show. Looks fab. Has anyone been to the NIA at Birmingham, and if so is it a nightmare to get in/out off, park etc?

Gonna go for an active HHC 11.15 till 11.45 and see where that leaves me. Off to make a coffee and pick some suitable music.

Polkadot - I would not be able to wait, I would have been first in-line outside the chemist this morning. Fingers crossed you get the result you want.

Johanne - OMG!! I can see why its getting you down hun. But its just stuff. Give yourself some breathing space and worry about it next week!

    Morning everyone

Nicki - My (6 foot 7) Dad has kept a pickaxe handle (no blade on it though) by his bed since someone tried to break in when I was little. There's a baseball bat by the top of the stairs as well. I know it sounds a bit extreme but we live in the countryside with few neighbours so it's just a precaution really.

Bumble-bee - Welcome to flying, I'm just a newbie but there are some great people on here to nag you :)

Polkadot - Hope DS is ok, and hope you get the news you want.

I'm off to start on my left-overs from the week - no kids rooms to sort and the guest room is clean for once! So i'll play catch-up today I think. Happy flying today everyone!
