Well i've just registered after buying my camera today. I've logged in after registration, but I can't see where you apply for the 256 card. My sticker also says 31st Dec. Maybe the've finished it early? Boo Hoo!!

I eventually received an email reply to my many email sent to Currys websales.

Due to the recent oil accident in Hemel Hempstead where our Head Office is located, we are unable to issue receipts at the present time. This does not affect your right to return goods to our online department.

Your receipt number is xxxxxx and the branch number is 4954. If this information if insufficient for the store to process a return, we will need to issue returns labels to you for the collection of the unwanted case.

I took this into my local currys store and they did the refund. As an added bonus they still couldn't work out how much I paid for it, even though I told them it was around £22 they couldn't find this on the computer, so refunded me the full retail price of £29.99!

Total Price for camera for me worked out at £364.91 and included a free 512Mb card.

finally got my receipt - only took them 5 weeks, still no return stickers even though I ordered them at the same time.

The receipt doesn't say that I paid by mastercard so will have to send it off with a copy of my confirmation which does say I paid with mastercard

Login to Canon Image and click on the 'Congratulations on Purchasing' link you will be able to enter the code to claim the free card there.

I still haven't had either the card or the rebate. I ordered the card on the 20th dec, and sent off for the rebate on the 23rd (registered). I have had the email confirmation of the card, although I haven't got the 256mb CF shortage email.

Not a word about the rebate, as of yet...

I am in same position. Got the camera a week before Xmas. I have sent off for the cashback and registered for the card. Still no news. It is frustrating as I cant use the camera without the card. I dont want to buy a card if a free one is on the way.

weird but after receiving my reciept (which doesn't say I paid by mastercard) I got a letter today from the customer investigations dept which says that says due to a error in the system they are unable to print a full reciept but giving me basic deitals of my purchase in the letter and saying that this can now act as my receipt.
