Afternoon all - been to the hosp with DS this morning as he managed to get something in his eye and I couldnt get it out and then it slipped behind his eyeball and as eyes really freak me I thought Id best get someone else to retrieve it! He is ok though and it is all sorted although I dont think he is speaking to me now!

Have made a start on christmas shopping - have bought DS some sensory toys from a special needs website. I find it really hard to get him suitable toys as toys his age range arent suitable whereas younger toys arent stimulating enough so really pleased Ive found a specialist shop.

I have also done Decembers budget and I am starting my spending diary again as we have cut so much I think I am overestimating - which can only be a good thing!

Have another tutorial on Monday so need to finish off my work for that and get started on my first assignment.

Apart from that not much more to report. Have joined the pay off 20k by next December challenge although set mine at 15k as I dont know what next year will bring.

I am continuing with the big house clearance but I am having to move things around to fit the christmas tree in - god knows how I manage it every other year! Hope everyone is ok x x x

Sounds like you've found the ideal place for DSs toys so that must be a relief.Glad he's ok since getting something in his eye.

    Hi All!

Luci - the horse loves her new rug, right up to her ears so no more cold necks for her!

I am not too bad thanks Taxi - still cant shift the last of this cold. Have my weigh in tomorrow which I am not looking forward to as I 'feel' heavy this week.

I am looking at the evil budget tonight for now until the new year. I'm not too worried from the 24th onwards as OH is working all over christmas and new year ready for the Jan/Feb lull! x x

Good luck for your weigh in...sure you'll be fine.
You're braver than me doing your budget....as you say jan/feb are the killer months.

Thank you you two - I managed to lose 2lbs which brings my total weight loss to 20lbs - I missed out on a stone and a half award by 1lb!

I ended up at the docs yesterday as I have been in agony with my ear/jaw. I have a lovely ear infection and sinusitis which explains the pain anyway!

Starting to get a bit worried about Christmas shopping. For the first time ever I have the money (cash) sitting here but havent got any time off work to actually go and do some shopping. I think my lunchtimes for the next few weeks are taken care of!

Other than that not much more to report. Havent made any overpayments until I have finished buying for christmas and then I will know better where I am.

Hope everyone is ok - see you all later x x
