Good luck to you too. Sigh we may be lucky, my luck could do with a turn around.

I'm hoping and praying that the people who live in my town don't read/watch the news! :rotfl::rotfl:

I know what you mean, but advice: Now you have made the decision to go, you are going somewhere, right? Make sure you know where you are going and why you are going there [not why you are leaving the present place but why you are going to the next].

Do please take this on board, before you get too much lost in selling and leaving.

ours went on in feb - found buyer quickly but problems dragged on and on and they eventually dropped out in june as couldnt get a mortgage. now have new buyers and fingers crossed we will be exchanging in a few weeks. had to drop house price by £40,000 due to change in market during this period!! undercut others by about £5-10,000 and house was immaculate. make sure your ea is seriously vetting out time wasters - ask that ea gets proof of mortgage in principle etc. good luck to all of us and fingers crossed

Just tell me that you are continuing to market the house this time round?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

A house on my road sold for a good price last month. Think 2007 prices. I saw the removal vans there yesterday.

At least your neighbours are gullible or stupid.... so probably wont create any problems until they are repossessed.
