    What is 'NFH'?
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.

Sold mine and now waiting for exchange of contracts with a no-chain buyer.

    However,

    1) I bought for £250k in May last year

    2) I had to drop to oieo £199,950 to get any interest

    3) Finally haggled up to £212,500
  • ours went on in feb - found buyer quickly but problems dragged on and on and they eventually dropped out in june as couldnt get a mortgage. now have new buyers and fingers crossed we will be exchanging in a few weeks. had to drop house price by £40,000 due to change in market during this period!! undercut others by about £5-10,000 and house was immaculate. make sure your ea is seriously vetting out time wasters - ask that ea gets proof of mortgage in principle etc. good luck to all of us and fingers crossed
  • forgot to say that you will probably have to list any neighbour nuisance problems in the legal pack once you have received an offer and are proceeding.
